super defensive and doesn’t take accountability, as shown in her replies to negative reviews. After attempting three prior phone calls with no answer, Brittany picked up the call and eventually asked why I was cancelling, I told her I didn’t want to explain (limited time) and just wanted my policy cancelled. She pushed and said as the owner she asks these kind of questions. I gave a brief summary of my experience, again in a rush, and despite the faults of her own agency she decided to focus on the policy that I was unhappy with. I agreed the policy sucks, yet my issue was with the lack of communication and the almost 2 months it took to resolve the issue.
We then get into my current issue and needing to cancel. I misheard a question and even said “I’m sorry, I didn’t hear you” yet her response turned into “it sounds like you won’t be happy with anything I say.” Lol? What? I just wanted my policy cancelled while on a break, it took 4 attempts to get ahold of anyone, you pushed for a reasoning, and now you’re saying “I won’t be happy with anything you say”. I’d be happy if you had respected my wish to not talk more on an issue that occurred over a year ago and had went forward with cancelling.
Can’t wait to read her response about all the other satisfied customers! It’s not about the other people you make happy, it’s about the accountability you take when you’ve been in the wrong. Your tone is terrible from the get go and being defensive isn’t it.
Another reason I’m leaving the review is for proof of cancellation since last time I tried it on 2 months !
EDIT: received an email saying they haven’t received my payment. Good thing I learned from the last time I tried to cancel a policy and didn’t have my billing info updated. This was supposed to end July 15th.
