"I overheard a phone call involving Brittany Wells that left a negative impression. The way the conversation was handled felt discourteous and lacked the level of professionalism I would expect in a customer-facing role. Hearing this as a third party made me uneasy and caused me to question the quality of customer service provided."

"I recently overheard an interaction between Brittany Wells and another customer over the phone. The tone came across as condescending and unprofessional enough that it made me uncomfortable as a bystander. It left me concerned about how customers are spoken to here. I expected more professionalism from a State Farm agency as a State Farm customer."

"My daughter just showed me a recording of Brittany Wells during a phone conversation and my jaw dropped when I heard all the unprofessional comments made my Brittany. We are extremely disappointed in this service. One the biggest things that stuck out to me was “nothing to be done anymore you've taken this up to corporate and left me a google review”. It sounds like Brittany is retaliating against my daughter for acting well within her rights. Very unprofessional to handle business that way and to speak to a customer like that. Clearly my daughter knew that Brittany or her staff would not handle the issue properly which is why she has taken it up to corporate. She also tried to accuse me that I as a customer “could have possibly misunderstood what one of her staff said”. I did not misunderstand nothing, your staff provided me with misinformation. Her staff didn’t even leave notes during my walk in appointments which proves that we were trying to get this problem resolved, well turns put one of her staff did not properly set up the drive safe and save app. Brittany says she has no record of me coming in to get that fixed, my daughter said it is possible that her staff didn’t leave proper notes. Brittany is adamant that her staff ALWAYS leaves notes. Well she would’ve seen the notes of the walk in appointment on her end if her staff left notes. She should’ve because not only on that day i asked for help with the app, i asked to change a coverage on one of the vehicle during my walk in appointments. This clearly shows that the staff did not leave notes of that day."

"This was my original review which I was generous with: “Poor customer service and untrained staff” New review 12/10/2025: Where can I begin, today I had a phone call with Brittany Wells, hoping for a professional phone call, since my last experience with one of her staff was terrible and since they keep changing up my bill every month. Unfortunately that is not the case. Let me just put each unprofessional word that came out of Brittany Wells mouth today to put in perspective what this phone call sounded like. 1) “Sounds like you want Kaylee to be fired” no clue where she got this idea from but she said this to me a customer and putting words in my mouth? 2) “I don’t appreciate you filing a corporate complaint and leaving me negative Google reviews” I am well within my rights to file a complaint with corporate and leave a Google review and as a professional you are not supposed to tell me how you feel towards that. Your job is to remedy the situation, that is how business is done. Almost the whole phone call was focused on how she feels about this corporate complaint and Google review rather than fixing my issue. 3) I asked how can she fix the issue and she said “there is nothing to be done anymore, you already taken this up with corporate and left me a Google review” (she wants to imply that she is no longer willing to help with the issue because I took action against her agency) but some how in the past Brittany Wells agency was able to remove the back charge from my account before but all the sudden after my complaints and my Google review they cannot do that. Sounds like to me someone is holding a very big grudge. 4) “I don’t appreciate you telling me how to handle my staff”, what I said was is for someone to be held accountable, I never once specified what she needs to do to hold the person accountable lol??? Then she said “ you are asking for an apology” lol I never said that???? 5) “Your complaint doesn’t make sense even corporate said that” well I find it unprofessional that a supposed professional corporation would say that and not address a single concern from my complaint. Not only that my complaint makes perfect sense. Corporations want to avoid any traceable mistakes that leads to an agency or a staff member. Instead of liability, they are deflecting to “doesn’t make sense” to cover up for one another. 6) “I see why Kaylee hung up the phone” excuse me? you are implying that a staff member should hang up the phone on a customer? (She said this because she believes that I was cutting her off although I believe I was having a conversation with her but Brittany Wells refuses to check herself when she cuts me off lol? Very one sided….) 7) “I am very anal about my staff leaving notes, they would’ve left a note” she is referring to when my mother came in for a walk in appointment to resolve the issue and she is claiming that if my mother did come in for a walk in then her staff would’ve absolutely noted it in her system (basically she wants to say that this event isn’t true because her staff didn’t leave a note which makes it in her eyes that it did not happen lol?) which I replied to and said, “hey it could be possible that your staff didn’t actually leave the note, you can check the cameras” she said she isn’t going to look through the cameras but she rather asks the employee. Sure. I told her I don’t want no employee saying otherwise which is why I asked to check the cameras. In conclusion, most of the phone call was a lot of “sounds like”, I don’t appreciate this and that”, “there is nothing to be done since you’re already taken it up to corporate and left me a review” well why waste my time if you absolutely got no solution? This phone call was for her to give me a solution to my problem lol…this review isn’t even half of the problem. No professional agent should make any unprofessional comments like that. No professional agent is supposed to let their emotions and ego get in the way of a resolution. At the end, it is about customer satisfaction not about how the agent feels."

"Received a really nice, hand written, postcard from The Wells Agency advising they were my new agent. Contacted the office and spoke with Kassandra who confirmed the information was correct. Discussed my life and auto policy with her, in which she assisted with questions I had. She was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and took care of all my needs."

"10 stars out 5 stars. They were extremely helpful and went beyond in order to get a shady Mortage company who was taking my escrow payments but not paying them due to missing paper work and reinstating my insurance as fast as possible. I can’t recommend them enough. I live in California and have a hard time getting on track due to the time zone differences but they were very accommodating."

"I recently made the change from another provider. When premiums are getting jacked up for no good reason, Brittany Wells Team were super helpful in making the change and got me setup with reasonable, affordable premiums with sufficient coverage. They were proactive in reaching out to me. I appreciated the human touch when every other option was completely online. Highly recommend!"

"I have joyfully been with Brittany Wells State Farm Insurance Agency for over 5 years now, and they are absolutely amazing. Anytime I've called, which isn't often, I've always been greeted with kindness and given patience as well as clarity in whatever I needed. "Brittany is a genuinely compassionate and caring individual, who uses her company to help her community through donations and through her hiring practices. We've had Brittany as our agent for 5 years, and we've grown to know her family as well. They live locally, work locally, and invest locally, which I appreciate. State Farm is still a corporate insurer, so you will always have corporate policies, underwriting, and claims that are out of her direct control as an agent. But Brittany is professional, courteous, and open about it all - the good and the bad - rate hikes, how coverages do and don't work, and what discounts may be vs. will definitely be. Having worked in insurance for 6 years for a competitor, I understand how complicated it can be representing a national company with grace and kindness. Thank you, Brittany, for maintaining your integrity even when people don't understand how insurance works. You are the real deal!"
